Ferg started working on the green chain at Green Mountain Lumber in Penticton, BC. He had the good fortune of joining Weyerhaeuser and specialized in the sales and marketing of MSR products to the truss industry. In 1999, Ferg fulfilled the dream of starting his own company, CEWP, with the help of two great partners - Dave LeBreton and Griffin Jones.
