Neil started in the lumber/building supply industry with Bird Building Supplies in Winnipeg. He joined the wholesale business and worked for Whitewood Forest Products as well as Weyerhaeuser before joining CEWP in 2011. Neil has two adult children, Adam and Kevin, and shares his life with his wife Sheri and her two children Owen and Meghan.
